A history of//Printing the publication

Printing the publication has been a big task. Initially i was planning on printing on a laser printer that i can use for free which i have used in the past and does good quality prints from, so that was sorted in my head.

To start with i tested one of the booklets to make sure it would print it right.

Which once folded looked like this, which i thought was a good enough print out for the booklets and was happy with the quality of it. 

But the trouble came when i printed the rest of the booklets as these have images which overlapped the pages and for some reason the printer couldn't handle it and made a mess of my work.

As you can see there has been alot of errors throughout the booklets in which i sorted out, these were only from the first two, and after looking at them all, they were all as bad. This wasn't ideal for me and i regret relying on that printer now.

But i have now sent my work off to a local printer and hopefully this should be rectified and everything will print out the way it should be and to a higher finish.

Again i felt the same way about this booklet and felt that the same layouts were being used over and over again and it was becoming boring for me to design to changes had to be made, again i used the same colours as the last one and that same ideas for the layouts of the spreads for what to include and improved the whole booklet.

For the rest of the booklets i carried on this style.
